Challenge 10 was a road block and since Penny (#1) did the road block on January 20th, it was my turn (Penny #2) to make the layout. It was hosted by Pixel Gypsy. I was instructed to interview my partner (Penny #1 again!) and make a layout based on that interview. We could only use 2 main colors and 2 designers. I also made a recipe card of my version of Penny's favorite comfort food. Think I'm going to have it for dinner tonight! Challenge 9, hosted by KB and Friends, was to scrap a layout of multiple generations. Here's mine of 5 generations of women on my mom's side.
This challenge was hosted by the wonderful people at Oscraps. It was styled after the popular show American Idol ~ Scrap Idol! I picked this wonderful layout at NDISB by Tchela at NDISB to lift. Pictured here is my baby girl, Cari, 20 years ago when she wouldn't let that kitten out of her sight. Click here to go to the ADSR gallery for credits. Thanks for stopping by!

I want to make sure you can read my journaling, Cari, because I am so proud of you. It says: When I feel that I haven’t made much of my life or am unsure of my reason for being, all I have to do is look at you, my child, and I understand all that is beautiful in the world. You are so talented and full of creativity that it takes my breath away. I am so thankful to have you in my life. You fill me up with love.
